UPPERCASE LEGAL Advisory Announces the Launch of Dr. Khaled Advocates – a Licensed Law Firm with Full Rights of Representation Before UAE State Courts – and the Commencement of Their Partnership

UPPERCASE LEGAL Advisory has announced the establishment of a new legal entity: Dr. Khaled Advocates in Association with UPPERCASE LEGAL Advisory. This is the first law firm formed in cooperation with an international legal consulting company that has received an official license from the UAE Ministry of Justice to represent clients before all state courts in the country — from the courts of first instance to the UAE Supreme Court.

The new firm is headed by Dr. Khaled, a PhD graduate from the United Kingdom, a renowned international lawyer and arbitrator, licensed in the UAE. With over 25 years of legal experience, he also teaches at several universities.

A short interview with Dr. Khaled, in which he shares his views on the significance of this initiative for the development of legal practice in the region, will be published soon.

Partners Alexander Kukuev, Sergey Levichev, and Ratmir Proskurnov will also become partners of Dr. Khaled Advocates.

Sergey Levichev, partner and head of the Dispute Resolution practice at UPPERCASE LEGAL, commented on the strategic importance of this step for the firm’s international legal practice:
