Over the past seven years, Sergey Levichev has managed international projects related to distressed assets at one of the largest banks in Russia. Sergey’s experience includes representing the bank in disputes under LCIA rules, leading teams of lawyers to participate in litigation in state courts in England, France, Italy, Germany, Cyprus, USA, Argentina, South Korea, Ecuador, Singapore and Switzerland, realizing debtor’s assets in the EU and UAE under English bankruptcy law, shaping strategy in cross-border disputes against the world’s largest financial corporations in mutual anti-suit injunctions.
