Daria specializes in supporting the process of opening companies and holdings in the UAE, passing sanction compliance, obtaining residency permits, and opening corporate accounts in the UAE. Before joining UPPERCASE LEGAL, she was involved in international projects related to corporate, sanctions, and procedural issues.

She has experience in supporting sanction compliance procedures and KYC procedures and has relevant experience in developing anti-sanction policies for international companies. She has worked with various jurisdictions, including the UAE, the US, the EU, Indonesia, and the Caribbean. Since May 2022, Daria has been leading projects to open businesses in the UAE and free economic zones.
Daria began her professional career at the law firm «K&P.Law». In 2022, she received a master’s degree in law with honors from Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov.

She is fluent in English and Russian.
