UPPERCASE LEGAL lawyers assisted a globally renowned marketplace with expanding their business in the UAE

The international e-commerce leader approached the UPPERCASE LEGAL team for legal support in the UAE. Our tasks included obtaining licenses from the Central Bank of the UAE for transit payments between Russia, the UAE, and China, as well as accompanying the establishment of a joint venture with a local partner in the UAE.
Our experts carefully studied the regulatory requirements of the Central Bank of the UAE, conducted negotiations with bank representatives, and obtained all necessary licenses, allowing the client to implement a transit payment mechanism efficiently.

The UPPERCASE LEGAL team also provided comprehensive legal support at all stages of establishing a joint venture marketplace with a local partner, establishing a solid legal foundation for seamless operations in the UAE.

During the project, we also prepared a legal opinion on the possibility of selling certain categories of goods in MENA countries. Our detailed analysis and comprehensive understanding of the regional legislation provided the client with confidence in full compliance with the requirements for trade operations in the region.
