We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Lawyer to join our international legal team. The successful candidate will handle a wide range of real estate matters, including property transactions, lease agreements, due diligence, and regulatory compliance within the UAE legal framework.

- Advising clients on real estate transactions and developments in the UAE.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial real estate agreements, including sale & purchase contracts, transfers, strata documents, leases, and development agreements.
- Conducting and managing real estate due diligence requirements.
- Structuring and advising on investment-based disposals and acquisitions, including corporate share acquisitions.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams (construction, finance, corporate, and planning) both locally and internationally.
- Managing straightforward real estate transactions from start to completion.
- Providing regulatory compliance guidance in relation to UAE property and land laws, including free zones and offshore structures.
Requirements:
- Law degree from a top-tier university; LL.M. is an advantage.
- 2+ years of experience in real estate law, ideally with exposure to both transactional and development projects.
- Excellent knowledge and practical application of UAE real estate laws and practice.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and transaction management skills.
- Superior attention to detail with a proactive, collaborative approach.
- Fluent English is required
- Arabic is an advantage
