UPPERCASE LEGAL Announces Appointment of New Partners

Ratmir Proskurnov specializes in managing complex projects at the intersection of multiple jurisdictions, requiring solutions to strategic, legal, and governmental relations issues. He has developed systems for processing and protecting personal data, including compliance with GDPR standards. He has also advised on M&A transactions complicated by foreign elements (Ireland, Germany, Austria). Ratmir will lead the company's office in the UAE.

Tamrin Darbakov specializes in corporate and banking law in the UAE and Mauritius, as well as in facilitating the opening of corporate and personal bank accounts. He is responsible for developing external partnerships for the office in the UAE and has experience working with UAE governmental bodies and administrative authorities of free economic zones. Tamrin will head UPPERCASE LEGAL's office in Mauritius.
