The XIII St. Petersburg International Legal Forum took place on 19-21 May
This year's forum was held under the motto ‘Law: Lessons of the Past for the World of the Future’. The slogan highlights the important role of law in uniting peoples and states to achieve universal well-being and harmonious development.
UPPERCASE LEGAL Managing Partner Alexander Kukuev and Partner and Head of Dispute Resolution Practice Sergey Levichev took part in the main legal event of the year.
Sergey Levichev was a speaker at the panel discussion on ‘Dispute Resolution in the Financial Market: New Challenges and New Solutions’, which addressed the issues of resolving disputes between consumers and financial institutions. Sergey also took part in a panel discussion entitled ‘DIAC: Gateway for Russian Companies to Effective Dispute Resolution Abroad’, addressing topical legal issues in the context of growing economic cooperation between Russia and the Middle East.
